Meet the Team

Haley Clark, M.Ed.

 Haley Clark holds a M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Business Administration from Humboldt State University and holds a SHRM certification. Haley has extensive background in strategic planning, employee engagement, and workforce development. 

Jeremy Michael Clark, Ph.D.

A seasoned organization development practitioner with experience designing and leading public and private-sector interventions, Dr. Clark holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Humboldt State University. Dr. Clark has experience in banking management and finance, consulting, and serving as a past Managing Editor for Advances in Developing Human Resources, a leading academic journal in the field of Human Resource Development. Dr. Clark has taught Business and Marketing Education and Planning and Decision Making Skills for Organizational Change at the University of Minnesota.
